These foul laws kept the blacks and the whites separated in just about everything.   1. I appreciate your educating others about Jim Crow laws. However, your map and comments are incomplete as these laws were also allowed in other states, such as Arizona and New Mexico, where they also segregated Mexican Americans from whites. (Google "maps segregation laws".) Blacks, while the most targeted group, were not the only ones oppressed by these "foul laws" as you so rightly call them. Keep up the great work!

  2. Isn't it amazing that these laws are being resurrected against transgender people, mostly in the south but in a few other places as well. It is also amazing the religious extremists are troubled understanding how they are again implementing racist laws.
